Hello, I’m Flo 👋

Currently, I lead design at Landlord Studio across web and mobile, owning end-to-end delivery and shaping design direction. Previously, I worked at Trade Me Property, improving how Kiwis buy and sell homes. I’ve also collaborated with startups and individuals as a freelance designer, working across web, animation, and visual design.

I bring an empathetic, user-centred lens to my work and enjoy making complex things feel clear and intuitive. I value close collaboration and care about creating cohesive experiences across both product and brand.

Outside of work, I lean into hands-on creativity like pottery, baking, and crafts. To always try most things at least once (within reason).
